Settlement with Writ of Mandate against SFMTA!

Hello, everyone:

I have been intentionally absent because t have been fighting for almost 2 years with SFMTA and I can now finally announce that we have reached a settlement with SFMTA.

As you know, I have pointed out for the longest time that SFMTA has not been complying with California Vehicle Code 40202(a) for years, if not decades! Through a law firm in San Diego, we filed a case against SFMTA for a Writ of Mandate (basically, trying to force SFMTA to do it's job legally and per vehicle code).

For your reading pleasure, here they are!
